When you meet with our real estate agent, we'll discuss the type of home you're searching for, including its style, price, and location.

Enjoy the buyer's advantage
If you're the buyer, your agent's commission is paid by the seller in almost all circumstances. This means our representation won't cost you a penny!

Home loan pre-approval
To get pre-approved for a home loan, you will need pay stubs, W2s, and bank statements. Understanding what you can afford to pay for a home is key to a successful shopping experience.

The home search
The search for your home is the best part! Our agent will schedule home showings in your chosen area and help find you find the ideal home.

Advanced searching
Our real estate agent uses advanced tools and systems to ensure you see all the homes that meet your criteria.

Make an offer
We'll prepare an offer to buy your potential new home based on the listing price and the terms you choose.

Negotiations
There may be some back and forth when it comes to the negotiation, but be patient. At this point, you're getting very close to owning your new home!

The contract
In most cases, the contract provides you with a timeline to obtain financing, as well as time to inspect the condition of the home.

The escrow process
Once you and the seller have agreed to the price and the terms, your home will be in escrow. The home is effectively held for you until the closing date.

The final details
You'll need to perform all due diligence at this stage, including ordering the appraisal, conducting an inspection, and reviewing terms with your lender.

Preparing for closing
This step involves finalizing your loan, reviewing documents, and going over the inspection findings. We'll manage this process for you and handle all of the paperwork.

Closing
The transfer of funds and ownership happen on the closing date. An attorney or title company typically acts as a third party to facilitate the closing.
